Stimpatico LLC is a coaching and training consultancy in the rain-soaked Pacific Northwest. Our vision is to empower neurospicy people everywhere to thrive without their masks. Our mission is to equip clients with the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) skills to express themselves with caring and candor.

Neurodivergent technologist Andrew Merenbach and librarian Elizabeth Cheney founded the company in 2025 after witnessing Andrew’s own burnout and subsequent recovery from neurodivergent masking. Andrew saw the need for awareness and support to help neurodivergent creatives and professionals thrive with caring and candor.
